Worst Car Dealer

Hi:
I would like to share with you a bitter experience with Automart
India. I had taken my Accent GLS from them. First thing was on Financing.
After negotiations I had completed the deal, and I receive a call
from them stating that this particular offer is only if I would
take a loan from ICICI.
ICICI charges a huge amount of 15.5% whereas I recd a loan from
KVB for 9.25% demnishing. He had the Guts to say that you can cancel
the order on the car.
After a feaud he tried to convince me that nothing had happened
and since they have not mentioned during the time of negotiation
this is fine. This is highly STUPID. As a customer I have the right
to pay however I want to. As an organised car dealer I did not expect
this out of him, this was like acting like a roadside car dealer.
I had the vehicle delivered, with What Ever they call as Automart
Certified Used Car. But Buyer beware, in high end cars they do not
have any expertise. The car I had purchased had a defective ECB
Sensor, which is pretty expensive. I had to replace after taking
it to the Hyundai Service Center.
I did not realise this and I had even sent them a thank you note
being courteous the 2nd day my vehicle was delivered.
Now the best of all is the transfer documents. It is still not reached
me after 1 month and 10 days. Every day there is a new story and
best part is no one calls to inform on the status. Bankers are persuing
me for the documents.
This is the plight of Mahindra & Mahindra Group Venture at Chennai.
Please do your own reference checks before going ahead with these
people.
Regards,
Mike. |
