3. My Worst experience with Automart ( Frauds )

I would like to bring to your notice that I
had booked a car FIat sienna from your automart goregoan outlet
on 18/03/2006 for Rs155000/- and Mr Amit Giri Was coordinating with
me, after the deal as I wanted the colour of the car to be changed
to black I notifed to Mr Abhishek Jain about the same.
The delivery date was promised on 28/03/2006 as 30/03/2006 was gudi
padva a auspicious day I wanted to take the car to the temple, the
harassment metted out to me by Mr AMit Giri started on 28/03/2006,
he calls me on this date at night and informs me that -
Below are the points that I am highlighting of the goofups your
team did in the the last ten days which caused me a lot of mental
trauma and waste of time, financial loss etc - as a reason I was
not able to use the car for my brothers engagement which was on
09/04/2006 as I still have to get the delivery of my car-----
The
harassment meted out to me is as follows
1. It will take another ten days for the delivery
of the car as it is gone to automart for repairs.
2. He says the date of delvery is not sure and
he will call me on sunday that is 02/04/2006
3. On 02/04/2006 Mr Abhishek Jain calls me up and
informs me that I will get the car on 05/04/2006, I apply for leave
for 05/04/2006 so as to take the delivery of the car that is wasted.
4. The gudi padva day is also wasted as I dont
get the car and also dont get my car on that weekend and all my
schedule for the weekend with my family gets screwed up
5. On 05/04/2006 I am told that I will get my car
on 06/04/3006.
6. On 06/04/2006 Amit informs me that I will get
the car on 07/04/2006.
7. I take a leave again on 07/04/2006 and go to
get the delivery of the car, I make the full balance payment by
5.30 pm. I have arrived at 3` 0 clock, no one attends me after the
payment is made.
8. AT 8 Pm I myself volunter to drive the car and
find some technical mistakes In the car so I request Mr Amit to
arrange for a driver for me so that If Some problem crops up he
can take take care, amit argues that the car does not have any problem.
9. I ask fuel for the car and amit says there is
3 litres of fuel in the car see the lies he still continues to tell.
The car stops at the automart gate itself as there is no fuel in
the car and I have to rush somebody to get fuel for the car it is
8.30 am, your mechanice albert after request tells me about the
car controls and everything amit is not bothered he still asks for
two hundred Rupees.
10. When the fuel is put in the car, we start to
move to my place at that time I realise that amit has still not
given me the papers of the car see the goof up.
11. It is 9 Pm amit says we can take the car without
the insurance as no traffic cop will catch us, further he is not
taking responsibiliy for the insurance goof up he has done and insists
us to take the car by paying 200 rs and also without the insurance
paper.
12. After I promise to pay the money he gives me
the delivery note I start the car the car stops as there is a technical
problem with the car and the driver Accepts this and now you mechanic
albert asks us to take the delivery of the car the next daythat
is 08/04/2006. See the waste of time they take the full payment
ask for 200 Rs for the driver on insurance paper and also no fuel
the car is not working than why the hell you asked me to make the
payment and take the delivery.
13. The next day I am told to get the car by 3
Pm, I go to our outlet and am told by abhishek that I will get my
car after 4 to 5 days as the car has got some major problems.
I would like to ask you people especially firstly the car is delayed
by 10 days I am asked to take the delivery after making the payment
I make the full payment again I am asked to take the delivery after
5 days so much of waste of time and money.
The Icing on the cake is I ask Mr Abhishek to cancel the car that
is the newly painted and paid by me for the black Fiat sienna Mh
02 JA 4604, he informs me that they will deduct the painting charges
of rs 8000 for the painting done as this is the compny policy what
about the loss of time and money caused to me by MR Abhishek Jain
and Mr Amit Giri.
Now I am forced to buy another car form them which I am not Interested
at all another Fiat sienna silver colour in a dilipidated condition
that is costing me Rs 142000 and that also I am promised the delivery
on 13/04/2006 which is 26 days after I make my payment, Firstly
I loss Rs 5000 on the car that I got painted which is deducted,
Secondly the delivery is delayed again by 4 days,again I have to
follow up withem again now to get the refund of Rs 13000 which is
the difference moneyFrom Rs 155000 which I paid and Rs- 142000 for
the new car the painting charges of Rs 500 is deducted.
Now after neraly One month I am getting a car which I dont like,
I am at a loss of Rs 5000, I missed the gudi padva delvery, I miss
my weekend , I also miss using the car for my brothers engagement,
also the number of lies told by MR AMIT GIRI Just to get money from
me.
I also end up paying the interest for this month for the finance
of the car which I took from my bank, I made the full payment to
your company witout a single minute delay, now still I have to get
my car on this date.
I will be helpful to you If you can get my black painted car that
is MH 02 JA 4607 today with some compenstion relief for the mental
trauma, financial loss and the amount of time wasted by because
of some selfish, lazy and greed nature of your employee Mr Amit
Giri.
I hope you get me my car that is the black sienna MH 02
JA 4604 back to me as early as possible.
