It wasn’t just 15,000 (which Mr Ankur was asking, which I was ready to pay to the company) but it was 65,000
more than that. This is the amount which I have to pay with interest,
which will be deducted from my salary every month.
I went to showroom again, I met with the manager MR NIMESH ANAND first
of all he didn’t treat me well. He had no respect for the customers
and he had no manners to talk with the customer. He simply said,
“We didn’t sell you a new car, you would get such kind of problems
always, after all its mechanical things”.
I told the manager, that Mr. Ankur committed
that, I would not get the accidental and repainted car.
I showed the car, to other people working
in the company's showroom they also agreed that the three pieces
were repainted, and manager himself, told me that he
saw the mechanics painting the bumpers.
The manager asked me to come again, when Mr. Ankur would be available for conversation
and meeting because he had been transferred to another branch. Then,
the manager had words with Mr. Ankur over
the phone and Mr. Ankur clearly denied that he didn’t commit anything to me.
Then they never tried to fix a meeting. They
always made excuses.
Then again, I went to company’s head office
and met with senior manager MR
RAJIV SAHAY, after listening to me he suggested me to send an
email about whatever happened to me to the main office of Automart India in Mumbai, and besides that, he promised me that I would get my
car properly serviced, and the parts which I was claiming, were
not perfect, would be changed or properly repaired. Then he transferred
everything to the service manager MR
NEERAJ.
Then, the service manager, started making
excuses, and till now I didn’t get the solution for my car. Now,
he says, that MR. RAJIV SAHAY has left the job. You come again here
in our head office and talk to our senior person.
Now, on one Sunday again I called up the company,
to know at what kilometers I bought my car because nothing was mentioned
in my documents. The person, who attended my call, asked me the
reason why should I know and what’s the use of asking the kilometers,
again I was taken aback, I simply said “I have to get my car serviced,
so please tell me the exact figure from your records and its your responsibility to tell me the real record”. Then he
told me that my car was sold at 62256 kms.
“THIS WAS AWESOME, A FAIR CHEATING”
But till now, my car is at 56000.”Now you can understand
what actually I want to say” when I told him the exact reading
he started running to Mr Ankur and asked me to call him after ½ an hour, Again I tried to call
him, for the whole damn day, I got the answer he was not there at
the moment, call him after some time. After some
time. After some time……………………….
I found this company even worst than a government company, I suffered a lot because of this company and people working
in it. This company has put me under a shock and harassed me financially
and mentally.
I even sent an email about whatever happened
to me to the company's managers in
Delhi
and Mumbai. But I
didn’t get any answer from them and not even the reply of my email.
After such sufferings, I decided to spend
money to make this website which would help people to buy an old
car and help to choose good car with good value.
I don’t want to see people/buyers in the same
situation, which I had……. So be careful while buying a car.
"I want to share a latest story with you, here the fault is mine, i agree...... my car on 24 May 2007, has completed one year. I was waiting for a reminder letter from an insurance company, so i could renew my insurance... but i didn't get any reminder... I waited for some time and looked for my papers of insurance, but i didn't find any document of insurance. MY fault is I made a payment of "9,325" rupees to automart people to get my car insured and i didn't track it properly. I have issued a cheque in favour of Insurance Co. and company accepted the cheque ( i have inquired all this from my bank). when I bought this car last year, for 2-3 months i tracked my insurance papers, which company "automart" told me that papers would reach at my home. But till today I haven't recieved any paper / any document from insurance company. This year I called up in automart, that I didn't receive any paper from insurance company, tell me where is my insurance. Automart company said, we don't have any information about the insurance of your car. I went to my bank and inquired about the cheque, i got a copy of my cheque which was issued in favour of that insurance company... It was proved, that insurance was done from automart company, because i never heard of that company ever before and i had no relation with any agent of that company also. Only Automart knew it, but as i told you, i trusted this company, so I didn't think about the insurance and insurance company. So I just want to tell you, these people don't maintain any record for anything... so beware, if you loose any information or anything, you won't get any help from this company.
